Seems to be boosting my metabolism which is why I bought it. I read that coconut oil helps with metabolism. I will continue using this. Great price too relative to other products I've found.

Perhaps, I am a little biased because I have been on the VCO wagon for the past few years. There is alot of research supporting the fact that Virgin Coconut Oil has amazing benefits for your health such as weight loss [it acts as a natural appetite suppressant], improvement in the appearance of your hair and skin, more energy, and it may even help regulate blood glucose levels. I highly recommend that you do the research on this oil. I do feel amazing when I take this. I always notice the most difference in my skin. Whenever I am being consistent with my intake, I get tons of compliments.
